If our hosting is not right for you, cancel within the first 30 days and we will refund what you paid for hosting. No forms to argue with.

If you cancel your hosting within the first 30 days after your service starts, we refund the full amount you paid for that hosting. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.
After 30 days, hosting payments are not refundable. You can still cancel any time, and your hosting will stay on until the end of the period you already paid for.
When we register a web address for you, it is reserved in your name right away and we pay for it on your behalf. Because of that, domain registrations, renewals, and transfers cannot be refunded, even within the first 30 days. The domain stays yours until its registration period ends.
Only the hosting part is refunded. The domain part of your order is kept, and the web address stays registered to you.
You pay $164.89 for a year of Professional hosting and $19.99 for a .com, then cancel on day 12. We refund $164.89. You keep the .com until its year is up.
We send the refund back to the credit or debit card you used for the purchase. We cannot send it to a different card, a bank account, or as a check. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days.
Before you ask for a refund, it is your responsibility to download a copy of everything you want to keep. That includes your website files, databases, and any email stored on your hosting account.
When a refund is processed, your hosting account is closed and all of its data is deleted. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered, including from our nightly copies. If you are not sure how to download your site, ask us before you cancel and we will walk you through it.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Changes do not affect orders placed before the change. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Send us a message. A real person reads it and answers within one business day.
